Questions travellers ask
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car. A sedan takes 1–3 passengers with up to 3 suitcases, a minivan up to 7 passengers. The airport transfer costs AMD 10,000 in a sedan and AMD 14,000 in a minivan, whether there is one of you or three.
Will my driver speak English?
Yes. Every BarevTrip driver speaks English and Russian. Before the driver is assigned, our dispatcher answers you in WhatsApp or Telegram in either language.
My flight lands at 3 a.m. Will someone be there?
Yes. Night arrivals are part of normal work: the driver is assigned the evening before, tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with your name. The night price is the same as the day price, and 60 minutes of waiting after actual landing are free.
How do I get back after a day trip?
Day trips are round trips: the driver picks you up at your hotel in Yerevan and brings you back the same day. For one-way transfers to Dilijan, Gyumri or Jermuk, mention your return date in the note and we arrange the way back too.
Do I pay in cash or by card?
Your choice: by card online when you book, or in cash to the driver after the trip. Cash is paid only in Armenian drams, exactly the amount in your confirmation. Tips are not included and not expected.
Can I cancel or change the date?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup (72 hours for custom trips). Later than that, you can still move the trip to another date once, free of charge. We do not take deposits.
Is the driver also a guide?
No. Drivers help with everything practical: photo stops, where to eat, how long to stay. Under Armenian tourism law, historical commentary is the job of a licensed guide — you can add one to any day trip.
What car will I get?
A sedan or a minivan from 2018 or newer, with air conditioning and bottled water. The car type is chosen by the number of passengers and suitcases. A child seat is free on request.
