How booking works
From the first click to the end of the ride: what happens, when, and what you pay.

Book online
Choose the airport transfer or a trip, the date and the number of travellers. The price per car is shown before you enter any details. No account needed.

Confirmation in WhatsApp or Telegram
Our dispatcher confirms the booking in the messenger you chose, usually between 08:00 and midnight Yerevan time. If you pay by card, we send a secure payment link.

Driver details the day before
The name, photo, car, plate number and phone of your driver arrive the day before. Until then, the dispatcher answers all your questions.

The trip
The driver meets you with a name sign at the airport or picks you up at the hotel at the agreed time, drives the route and helps with practical tips on the way.

Payment
By card online — the full price via the payment link; or in cash in Armenian drams to the driver after the trip. Tips are not included and not expected.
Cancellation, changes and no-shows
Free cancellation
Up to 24 hours before pickup, free of charge; for custom trips, up to 72 hours. We do not take deposits.
One free change of date
Less than 24 hours before the trip, you can still move it to another date once, free of charge.
If you are late
At the airport, the driver waits 60 minutes after actual landing; in the city, 20 minutes and three attempts to reach you. After that the booking counts as a no-show.
If the driver does not come
You get a full refund and a voucher for your next trip.
Extra charges
Only three are possible: waiting beyond the included time, an unplanned detour and travelling with pets. Night rides and holidays cost the same.
