Every driver
- Speaks English and Russian
- Is a professional driver who knows the roads of every route in our catalogue
- Works with us under a written agreement as an independent professional
- Confirms each order personally before we confirm it to you
- Meets you with a name sign at the airport or at your hotel at the agreed time
Every car
- A sedan or a minivan from 2018 or newer
- Air conditioning and bottled water
- A sedan for 1–3 passengers with up to 3 suitcases, a minivan for 4–7
- A child seat on request, free of charge
Before and after the trip
- Until the driver is assigned, our dispatcher answers you in WhatsApp or Telegram
- The day before, you get the driver’s name, photo, car, plate number and phone
- If anything is wrong with the car, we send a replacement
- If the driver does not come, you get a full refund and a voucher for your next trip
A driver, not a guide
Under Armenian tourism law, guided tours with historical commentary are the job of qualified guides. Our drivers help with everything practical — the route, photo stops, where to eat — and on day trips you can add a licensed guide.
