How will I find my driver?
After passport control and baggage claim, walk into the arrivals hall. The driver stands there with a sign with your name. The day before, you also get the driver’s name, photo and phone.
My flight is delayed. Do I pay extra?
No. We track your flight, and the 60 minutes of free waiting start after the actual landing, not the scheduled one.
Is there a night surcharge?
No. Night rides and holidays cost the same: AMD 10,000 per sedan and AMD 14,000 per minivan.
Do I need a local SIM card to meet the driver?
No. The driver is already in the arrivals hall with your name, so you can find each other without mobile data.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes, in Armenian drams to the driver after the ride. Or pay by card online with the link we send with the confirmation.

A minivan: it takes up to 7 passengers and more luggage than a sedan. The car type is chosen automatically by the number of passengers and suitcases.
