How the Service Is Delivered

1. What we provide

• Transfers between Zvartnots Airport and Yerevan in both directions.
• Day trips from Yerevan with return to your hotel.
• One-way transfers between Yerevan and other cities of Armenia.
• A licensed guide as an option on day trips.
• Yerevan → Tbilisi and other custom routes on request, priced individually; cross-border trips are operated by a licensed partner carrier.

2. Booking and confirmation

• You book on the website and receive a booking code at once.
• Our dispatcher confirms the booking in WhatsApp or Telegram, usually between 08:00 and midnight Yerevan time; if you gave an email, a confirmation goes there too.
• If you pay by card, the confirmation includes a secure payment link.
• The status of a booking can be checked at any time on the Booking status page with your code.

3. Driver details

The day before the trip you receive the driver’s name, photo, car model, plate number and phone. For night arrivals the driver is assigned the evening before.

4. Where and when the service starts

• Airport arrivals: the driver waits in the arrivals hall of Zvartnots Airport with a sign with your name; waiting is free for 60 minutes after actual landing.
• Pickup at a hotel or address: the driver arrives at the agreed address and time and waits 20 minutes.

5. The trip

• The driver follows the itinerary of the route page; times at the stops are approximate and adapt to traffic and weather.
• Small changes are agreed with the driver on the spot; extra waiting or a detour may cost extra and is agreed with you first.
• If anything is wrong with the car, we send a replacement.

6. Completion and payment

• The service is complete when the driver drops you at the destination of the trip.
• If you chose cash, you pay the driver in Armenian drams after the trip and receive a receipt as required by Armenian law.
• If you paid by card, nothing else is due except extras you agreed to.

7. Service area

Armenia. Trips to Georgia (Tbilisi) are provided on request by a licensed partner carrier.
