Terms of Service (Public Offer)

Last updated: October 9, 2026

BarevTrip ("BarevTrip", "we") arranges private transport with a driver in Armenia through the BarevTrip website. This document is a public offer: by sending a booking you accept these terms.

1. Our role

We act as an agent. Transport is provided by independent carriers — professional drivers registered as individual entrepreneurs — on their behalf and at their expense, under written agency agreements with us. Licensed guides, when you book one, are independent providers as well.

We accept bookings, assign a carrier, accept payment on the carrier’s behalf when you pay by card, and handle your questions and complaints.

2. How a booking becomes a contract

  • A booking sent through the website is an order with an obligation to pay the confirmed price.
  • The contract is concluded when we confirm the booking in WhatsApp, Telegram or by email. Until then, the price shown on the website is a preview calculated by our system.
  • You receive a booking code. Keep it: it identifies your booking in all messages.

3. Prices

  • Prices are fixed per car in Armenian drams (AMD). Amounts in USD and EUR are for reference only.
  • The car is chosen by the group: a sedan for 1–3 passengers with up to 3 suitcases, a minivan for 4–7 passengers.
  • The price includes the car with driver, fuel, roads and parking, waiting at the planned stops (at the airport — 60 minutes after actual landing), bottled water and a child seat on request.
  • Not included: entrance tickets, cable car tickets, meals, tastings, and a licensed guide unless you booked one.
  • Only three extra charges are possible: waiting beyond the included time, an unplanned detour and travelling with pets. The amount is agreed with you in advance. Night rides and holidays cost the same. Tips are not included and not expected.

4. Payment

  • By card online: the full price, through a secure payment link that we send with the confirmation.
  • In cash: to the driver after the trip, only in Armenian drams and only the amount stated in your confirmation.
  • We do not take deposits.

5. Cancellation, changes and no-show

  • Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup; for custom trips — up to 72 hours before the start.
  • Less than 24 hours before the trip, you can move it to another date once, free of charge.
  • At the airport the driver waits 60 minutes after actual landing; in the city — 20 minutes and three attempts to reach you. After that the booking counts as a no-show.
  • If the driver does not come, you get a full refund and a voucher for your next trip.
  • The details are set out in the Cancellation and refund policy, which is part of these terms.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give correct details: date, time, flight number, address, number of passengers and suitcases. A larger group or more luggage may need a minivan at the minivan price.
  • Be at the pickup point on time and keep your phone or messenger reachable.
  • Use seat belts. Children travel in a child seat — ask for one when booking.
  • Do not carry anything prohibited by law or dangerous for others in the car.
  • For trips across the border, carry a valid passport and, if required, a visa.

7. Our responsibilities

  • Assign a carrier who meets our standard: a sedan or minivan from 2018 or newer with air conditioning and a driver who speaks English and Russian.
  • Send you the driver’s name, photo, car, plate number and phone the day before the trip.
  • Send a replacement car if anything is wrong with the car.

8. Liability

The carrier is responsible for the transport itself under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including compulsory motor insurance. We are responsible for arranging your booking as described in these terms.

Neither we nor the carrier are responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border queues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases we help to find a solution: a new time, another route or a refund for the part of the service that was not provided.

9. Drivers and guides

Drivers help with practical matters on the way but do not give guided tours. Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Tourism, a guided tour with historical commentary is given by a qualified guide; you can add a licensed guide to day trips.

10. Complaints

Write to [email protected] or message us in WhatsApp or Telegram with your booking code. We reply within three working days.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are first settled by negotiation, then by the courts of the Republic of Armenia. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your booking applies to that booking.
